Patients who underwent end-to-end ileocecal anastomosis (ETEA) following intestinal resection in Crohns disease had better quality of life and less healthcare utilization as compared to side-to-side anastomosis, says a study reported online March 6, 2018 in the American Journal of Gastroenterology.
